Overview
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who is highly motivated to get a grip on all the new developments that are coming our way. You are the one that will make a difference for our customer.
We are a life sciences company focused on the development, production and commercialization of high-value consumable products used in the process of manufacturing biological drugs.
You’ll be part of a cross functional team of 4 highly motivated and collaborative colleagues that service our customers and act as a liaison between the different departments and production sites world wide. This role will be based in Breda and will report to the Sr. Manager Customer Service
Responsibilities
As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
- The complete order process
- The customer satisfaction
- Processing of several data to support our reporting
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Production and Tech Support within and out of Europe
