Trucking Dispatcher – Philadelphia, PA

Trucking Dispatcher.
Reprise Transportation, LLC. is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented person responsible for dispatching located in Philadelphia, PA.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Work closely with plant shipping office and customer service to achieve flexible and responsive scheduling of equipment and personnel.
- Scheduling drivers and assigning deliveries and equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Review logs, collect bills of lading & complete all necessary paperwork as required.
- Recruit and hire drivers/contractors as needed.
- Control and coordinate the repair and maintenance of company trailers and equipment.
- Enforce company safety guidelines, employment policies and maintain performance records for drivers and contractors.
