We’re hiring for a Sr. Instructional Designer to oversee and implement all learning and development effort programs within the department. You will be required to determine training needs in collaboration with managers and SME, design and create curricula, plan implement & deliver training, evaluate and assess training materials and outcomes, manage learning systems, create, support, and implement personal and Organizational Development initiatives, as well as company or department engagement activities. This in turn, will ensure that all department staff reach their required level of refined skills and knowledge.
The Sr. Instructional Designer would also oversee and deliver individual and team training sessions, lectures, conceptualize training materials based on data and research and communicate training needs and online resources.
About the Role

Collaborate with company leaders, managers & SME to determine training needs.

Design, develop, and deliver training and development sessions for new and existing staff including managers and trainers as well, through eLearning and remote trainings, to be successful in their roles.

Assess Training programs and their outcomes. Develop testing, evaluation, and measurement procedures of the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement

Develop processes for employee evaluation which will result in marked performance improvement. Assess new employee skills and strengths to provide customized training when needed, as well as assertive recommendations and feedback.

Design and develop learning materials including training manuals, videos, visual aids, process flow maps, and other educational materials for process training.

Oversee maintenance of training systems, records, and resource libraries.

Analyze departmental performance to see where the training team can contribute to its improvement.

Demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Heavy collaboration with cross-functional business partners and the ability to influence the outcome of strategic decisions.

Create, support, and implement personal and Organizational Development initiatives.

Suggestion, Participation, and facilitation of Company or department-wide engagement activities.

Support the department in any needs that might come up where the manager determines that help is relevant.
Qualifications:

End to end Training experience.
-
Fluid English.
-
Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Knowledge of building and delivering effective e-learning content.

Knowledge of conducting Needs Assessments.

Experience with LMS systems preferred. (Such as: Moodle, Canvas LMS, Docebo, Talent LMS- preferred-)

At least 3-5 years in a Training / L&D environment roles / Teaching

Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms

Being comfortable and having experience making video content and Video editing skills is a must.

Editing and Graphic Design software (Ex/Canva) software.

Self-starter, Flexible, curious, can-do attitude, connect the dots.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of the company, including management

Experience with big and small groups.

Experience in managing teams is a plus.

Must be willing to work on the graveyard shift (PST hours)

Experience in training teams remotely (Virtually) - Preferred.
