Claims Adjuster - Casualty

Location: 1 Ivy Brook Blvd #160, Ivyland, Pennsylvania 18974 United States of America Under the direction of the Claims Supervisor, the Claims Adjuster responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and settlement (either by denial, compromise or payment) of claims arising from physical damages to vehicles, property of customers and third parties (property damage claims, small bodily injury claims and limited personal injury protection). This position can also be broken down into Tiers, dependent upon experience and compensation will be different for each of the following: Claims Adjuster 1: This is an Entry Level position for those who have minimal experience in Claims and property damage. Claims Adjuster 2: The ideal candidate would be someone with 3-5 years' experience in the Insurance industry, with knowledge of Claims and Property Damage. Claims Adjuster 3: The ideal candidate would be someone with 5-7 years' experience in the Insurance industry, with knowledge of Claims and Property Damage. To be considered for this role, applicable licenses/certifications will be necessary. **This is an in-office position and is not eligible for remote work. Job Duties: • Obtains necessary authorization from the Claims Supervisor to pay claims in excess of authority. • Performs a variety of duties which require in-depth knowledge of risks under management, product offered, and insurance investigation techniques working within the claim's office. • Must maintain integrity of proprietary information. • Licensed in TX or FL a plus.
