Job Posting for HS Principal at Republic County Unified School District 109
USD #109 is currently seeking applicants to fill a 9-12 High School Principal position for the 2024-2025 school year. Current enrollment in grades 9-12 is 145.
Seeking strong instructional leadership that will empower students and staff members to reach their full potential. Must hold a valid state of Kansas building administrator license. Experience preferred. This is an eleven-month contract beginning August 1st. Salary will be based on experience.
Applications due April 1st with tentative interview dates April 3, 4 or 5th.
District currently pays for a $500 deductible Single Health and a Dental Plan and a $10,000 Life Insurance Policy. Other benefits available through the Cafeteria plan. 12 days leave per year accumulating to 80 leave days. Salary is based on education and years of experience.

Republic County Unified School District No. 109 is a consolidated district comprised of the communities of Agenda, Belleville, Cuba, Munden, Narka, and Republic and is located in Belleville, Kansas in north central Kansas. The district is 560 square miles and has two attendance centers. East Elementary consists of Grades Pre-K through Grade 5, and the Junior Senior High School is Grades 6-12.
USD 109 offers a wide range of academic and activity programs. USD 109 is a member of the Learning Cooperative of North Central Kansas for special education services and also a member of the Smoky Hill Education Service Center. The Junior Senior High School belongs to the North Central Athletic Activities Association (NCAA) League. The high school participates in the 2A KSHSAA classification.
