Job Title: Production/ Assembly/ Warehouse Worker
Location: Riverside, MO 64150
DIRECT HIRE | FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE
- 1st shift: 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM (Monday to Friday) With Over time up to 6 PM
- 3rd shift: 09:30 PM - 07.00 AM (Sunday to Thursday) With Over time to 7 AM
Pay details:
- 1st Shift = $18.15/ hr
- 3rd shift = $18.65/ hr
Sign on bonus:
- $750 after 60 days for 1st shift
- $1000 after 60 days for night shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly load components into machine welders or fixtures to produce quality parts.
- Work in an assembly line and be able to meet production goals.
- Inspect assemblies for correct number of welds, component parts and overall quality of parts.
- Work with automatic welders and small hand tools.
- Maintain accurate production records, downtime records
- Follow safe work practices, follow plant rules/regulations
- Work as part of a team
- Communicating with team members, support staff and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Be able to lift up to 35 pounds as part of job rotation.
- Be able to wear gloves, sleeves, jeans, closed toe shoes (no fabric shoes), safety glasses and ear plugs as part of the PPE required.
- Be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Be able to work overtime when needed
