Roles & Responsibilities

• Must be able to work directly with client and also coordinate with offshore.
• Provide production support and on-call support including problem analysis and resolution, including during and after work hours
• Perform analysis and resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA.
• Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively with end-users, technical team members and management.
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently, take initiative to prioritize and resolve problems
• Any CICD tools experience or in-depth conceptual understanding
• Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes (Incidents handling and KEDB based activities )
• Ability to consistently follow through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be ready to learn new technology as and when project requires.
• Knowledge in Oracle PLSQL and SSIS will be added advantage.
• Excellent Communication skill and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
