Job Description

Solution Architect

Salary: $160k-$180k bonus

Location: Hybrid in any of the following locations

Bloomington, IL / Alpharetta, GA / Minneapolis, MN

*We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role*

 

Qualifications

  • 14 years relevant experience
  • Experience implementing Workday Financial Management & HCM.
  • Experience with Infor Lawson Financial and HCM solutions.
  • Experience leading technical teams on enterprise scale initiatives.
  • Experience with cloud native architectures, event driven architectures, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Experience defining and maintaining a technology roadmap for enterprise level solutions.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements.
  • Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards.
  • Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions.
  • Implements software solutions following best practices.
