Conducts training and development programs for employees and maintains documentation of training received.
Plan, direct, and/or coordinate the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s).
Conduct assessment of training needs of all employees. Schedule training per assessed needs.
Coordinate and instruct training and communication programs to support the company’s Best in Class objectives and to meet Quality Assurance measures.
Follow established new employee and Annual Refresher training curriculums.
Ensure adequate supplies for all scheduled training.
Ensure comfortable location for all scheduled training.
Ensure that scheduled training is well advertised to reach all targeted employees.
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress. Monitor and report effectiveness of training efforts and programs.
Provide weekly reports to Regional & local HR Manager(s), Executive Director, Area Supervisors, etc. Schedule Interviews. Make offers and send offer letters to chosen candidate for position.
Conduct on-boarding for all new hires reporting to the Resource Center Schedule and conduct on-site on-boarding, consisting of the completion of: Employment Eligibility form (I-9), tax documents, and drug test.
Complete background check, E-verification and adding new employee to ADP/Enterprise.
Ensure all needs are met before new hires first day.
Move applicants to the “Hired” status and launch RTS Online On-boarding
