Rescue is a full-service marketing agency with a mission to make healthy behaviors easier and more appealing. Since our founding in 2001, Rescue has been exclusively focused on researching, developing, and implementing positive social change campaigns in public health. We provide research, strategy, creative, production, web, traditional media, social media, policy change, youth engagement and experiential marketing services to government, non-profit, and healthcare clients in over 35 states and provinces, as well as to federal government agencies.
Rescue’s health behavior change marketing campaigns focus on topics such as tobacco, obesity, substance and alcohol prevention; the promotion of exercise, eating healthy foods, early childhood development, and after school programs; and other topics that promote healthy living. Rescue’s behavior change campaigns focus on diverse populations within teen (13 - 17), young adult (18 - 26), and adult (18 ) populations in both rural and urban areas, resulting in a wide variety of campaign styles and strategies.

This role is remote but is required to work PST hours.
The final candidate will have working hours of 8a - 5pm PST
The Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Producer to join our team. The Digital Producer will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality digital projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle from conception to final delivery. This pivotal role demands outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as an extensive comprehension of the ever-evolving digital realm, including timelines and budgets.
Day-To-Day Activities:
- Manages the entire lifecycle of websites, including planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and delivery;
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, including designers, developers, project managers, creative leads, web strategy and client services to ensure successful project delivery;
- Develops project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensures that projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints;
- Monitors and tracks the progress of projects, identifies and resolves potential issues, and ensures that project goals and objectives are met;
- Ensures that all digital projects adhere to established best practices, standards, and guidelines;
- Regularly communicates project statuses, updates, and timelines to internal stakeholders;
- Oversees quality assurance testing and ensures all projects meet the highest quality standards;
- Continuously improves digital production processes and implements best practices;
- Stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and provides insights on how they can be integrated into projects.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Digital Producer, Digital Project Manager, or similar role;
- Experience working at a marketing/ad agency;
- Expert knowledge in budgeting, resource allocation, and time management;
- Proficiency in project management tools (such as Monday.com, Jira, etc) and methodologies;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to contribute to the growth and development of a digital team;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;;
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends;
- Working knowledge of Figma is a plus.

Status: Full-time
Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.

Environment:
All business-related environments are tobacco-free.
Physical Requirements:
Able to remain in a sitting position for prolonged periods of time for the performance of duties. Able to read from a computer, laptop monitor, or tablet for a full workday and for long periods of time (typically 8 hours) including fonts of various sizes from a variety of sources. If working from a Rescue office location, able to stoop, bend, reach, climb stairs, and move freely throughout the building. Able to travel nationwide as needed to meet with clients, coworkers, or attend meetings and seminars. Must be able to move boxed work documents, up to 40 pounds, in and out of office for travel by car and by air.
