PART TIME TEMPORARY POSITION
Research Data Group’s Beacon HCI division is designed to save corporate healthcare payers millions of dollars utilizing a proprietary software tool developed with years of research and knowledge of Federal Billing Guidelines and Regulations in the healthcare industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact facilities to obtain the correct contact information
Maintain, add or update contact information in portals
Email or Fax initial refund requests
Make follow up calls or send emails on requests according to process established for department
Assist with special projects as needed
Collaborate with Manager on a case-by-case basis when necessary.
Comply and enforce HIPAA policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned

Exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills, excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment
Strong interpersonal and team building skills
The ability to work with a diverse team and impart change across functional and business boundaries
Patience and ability to manage stress
The ability to work with a highly functional team and also work independently
Experience and Training
Two years of Call Center experience or similar role
Two years of Proven experience in Collections activities or similar role
Two years of experience in the healthcare arena
Two years knowledge of CMS rules and regulations and other billing guidelines
Two years of experience working in Microsoft Office
