Position Summary:

Events staff is an essential member of the Events team and is responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down events. Events staff works under direction of the Event Captains, the Event Managers and closely with the Kitchen team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· To uphold the high standards set by The Reserve regarding service to guests and members, positive and professional interaction between fellow employees, and personal pride in appearance, attitude, and demeanor.

· To uphold sanitation procedures in compliance with health department standards and keep organized work stations, bussing areas, and event spaces.

· To follow standards of The Reserve for consistency and bring to attention of their supervisors of any problems that may arise.

· To follow directions when given.

· Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

· Ability to perform functions of the job without accommodations, i.e. standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs., and bending and reaching.

· Prior food service experience preferred

· Must have current Food Handler’s Card

· Must have OLCC for Bartending

· Must have reliable transportation and ability to work variety of hours and days, including holidays and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 per hour
