Join our team as VP of Operations and play a critical role in the growth of ResiBrands as well as our roofing brand! Your expertise in all things roofing, as well as the leadership abilities you bring to the table will be immensely valuable in growing our brand nationally.
What you'll work on:
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support the national launch and growth of the brand while maintaining exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational efforts with overall business objectives.
- Streamline and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sales across the franchise network.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Establish relationships with franchise owners, providing support, guidance, and resources to drive their success.
- Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across franchises.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and crucial roofing regulations to drive innovation within the franchise landscape.
What you'll bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8 years) in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within a franchise and/or roofing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
