Front Desk Agent $17/hr - Full-Time

Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Lenox Park is a premier destination for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Located in the heart of Atlanta's vibrant Lenox Park area, our hotel offers spacious suites, modern amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding customer service to every guest who walks through our doors. We are looking for 2 Full-Time Employees.

Responsibilities: 

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with reservations and guest room assignments.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Marriott's high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation and check-in/check-out systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Marriott brand and its commitment to guest satisfaction is a plus.
