We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated people to join our team of Direct Support Professionals. You’ll be working with individuals with cognitive disabilities to help them live independently. You'll be able to help promote independence, healthy lifestyles, and overall well-being.
No experience necessary – we will provide training.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are over 18 (if you are 16-18 find out how you can be a part of our team).
- Enjoy helping others in a positive manner.
- Have empathy and active listening.
- Flexibility and open to new experiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal manner.
- Have great teamwork skills!
- Driver’s license required for some shifts.
- Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
- The successful candidate must be cleared by a DHS Background Study.
