Vice President of Development and Partnerships
Residential Youth Care (RYC) is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Vice President of Development and Partnerships to lead our external relations efforts. The Vice President will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission, expanding our reach, and securing the necessary resources to support our programs and initiatives. This leadership position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about youth mental health, community engagement, and creating lasting positive change. This role is an opportunity to lead a lasting impact on the lives of Alaskan youth and families

Job Type: Full Time, Exempt
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Range: $95,000-$125,000 DOE

Residential Youth Care (RYC) is an accredited non-profit behavioral health provider committed to serving Alaskan youth and families experiencing mental and/or behavioral challenges. Based in the beautiful island community of Ketchikan in Southeast Alaska, RYC offers a range of short and long-term community-based residential, outpatient clinical, and therapeutic rehabilitation services and programs. We collaborate with local and state organizations to provide essential services, including residential treatment, therapeutic foster care services, after school programs, and early prevention services. As we continue to grow, RYC is poised to become a holistic wellness provider, dedicated to advocating for mental health and wellness, reducing stigma, and fostering community partnerships that transform the lives of youth and families in Ketchikan.
