JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Business Partner role provides overall HR leadership to the ADI team in our North American Region. The successful candidate will partner with and support key business leadership. The incumbent will be part of the business leadership team and work closely with VPGM's. The role will be based in one of the ADI locations across the United States.
This position is expected to provide a broad range of strategic HR support for achieving business objectives including: talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. The position will foster strong partnerships across the HR Centers of Excellence to drive desired business results (Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, Learning, HR Services).
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team as well as the Global Leadership Team to generate and moreover drive HR initiatives which support the business objectives. This role will identify the key stakeholders in the business to ensure their alignment so that decisions can be made with speed.
JOB ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the HR priorities are aligned to the ADI business strategy and delivers results to support growth for the business
- The role will leverage the business KPI’s to guide all HR processes
- Provide prioritization, leadership and focus to drive organization development and learning through staffing, compensation and talent initiatives
- Take ownership for development and implementation of organizational talent strategy and planning in conjunction with Regional and Global Leaders.
- Provide executive coaching and strategic HR support to Business Leaders
- Drive strong operating system to align local actions with business objectives.
- Develop succession planning for leadership and critical roles.
- Own and lead HR performance improvement metrics for the assigned region including employee engagement, people cost alignment, census, staffing cycle times, turnover.
- Partner with the appropriate resources to ensure compliance with all laws and company direction.
- Craft corporate communications to ensure effective message delivery for all levels of the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree strongly preferred. A concentration in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning, Business, or related discipline also preferred.
Previous progressive professional Human Resources experience including prior leadership/management roles, site HR experience, and comprehensive knowledge of labor laws.
