About Our Financial Analyst Position:

Under general supervision of the CFO, the Financial Analyst prepares financial reports and projections, analyzes financial and claims data to determine costs and trends, prepares the annual operating budget and other pro-forma budgets, builds and maintains budget/forecast templates, prepares revenue forecasts based on service models, prepares expense and cash forecasting, performs trend and variance analysis, analyzes the collectability of claims, assists with complex accounting reconciliations, and performs other finance related functions as assigned by CFO.

What a Financial Analyst Does at Resilient Health:

• Prepares reports and projections based on financial data
• Analyzes monthly claims data and prepares claims encounter/revenue reports
• Analyzes financial data to determine trends
• Analyzes expenses and claims data to determine service cost
• Prepares pro-forma budgets for funding applications
• Builds and maintains budget and forecast templates
• Prepares the annual operating budget and budget variance reporting
• Performs expense and cash flow forecasting
• Prepares revenue forecasting based on service models
• Analyze claims related data to determine collectability
• Perform trend and variance analysis to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Assist with monthly service count reporting
• Assist with the preparation of cost reports
• Assist with complex account reconciliations

Requirements for This Position:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 5 years of budgeting/forecasting experience, or a combination of accounting and budget/forecast experience. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Experienced with advanced accounting systems. Experience with Dynamics 365 preferred
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Valid driver's license
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: Up to $87,500, depending on education and experience
