What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Defense Attorney (Construction Defect) position at Resnick & Louis, P.C.?
Resnick & Louis, a national insurance defense firm, is looking to add an Insurance Defense Attorney with 7 years' of experience to our team in Denver.
You must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.
Prior insurance defense experience is required as this position will focus construction defect, bodily injury, and other insurance defense matters.
Must have proficiency in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
This position will be fully remote.
