Skills and Qualifications
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Make decisions and complete tasks with little or no supervision.
- Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Read, write and speak the English language.
Appointment setting for client.
Organize staffing and rotate ‘on-call’ with assistant manager, when applicable.
Manage funds of clients.
Complete administrative duties; i.e. semi-annual and annual paperwork for clients.
Training of newly hired staff.
Monitoring medications and the delivery/organization of medications.
Monitoring and follow up of client charting and documentation.
Desired Experience/Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred. College degree/training is preferred.
- Experience required (on-the-job training and continuing education is provided, but preferred.
- Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Mus be able to pass a DHS background study.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
