```Duties```
- Provide direct support and care to individuals in need, including those with dementia, children, and individuals requiring home care or assistance in assisted living facilities.
- Medication reminders according to prescribed dosages and schedules.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Implement care plans and follow protocols to ensure the well-being and safety of clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.

- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies.
- Experience in childcare or working with children.
