Program Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our programs, ensuring their effectiveness and success. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Duties:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and goals
- Oversee program development, including the creation of program objectives, strategies, and timelines
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and funders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Provide regular reports to senior management on program progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in behavioral health or social work field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Proven track record in program development and management
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $48,080.59 - $57,903.51 per year
