What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Resort Management?
Resort Management, a premier full service condominium and homeowner association management company, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Estero office.
Resort Management manages properties in the Southwest Florida marketplace and is focused on establishing a professional service oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all guests and contractors are signing in when on property.
- Act as a back up to both Receptionists in Estero and Naples office.
- Monitor Association Website.
- Greet and communicate with Owners, Board Members, Contractors, and other professionals entering the building
- Special projects as needed supporting CAM Managers, Real Estate Coordinators, and Meeting Coordinators et al.
This position will be full-time in our Estero office, but may include occasional coverage at our Naples office location, so must be willing to drive to Naples.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, customer service oriented, have excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and well organized. Also, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
