Resource Innovations is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in a remote or Hybrid role. This position will start as a Temporary assignment with the potential to transition to a full-time position. The Human Resources Coordinator will enhance the employee experience by supporting all HR team members and functions. The HR Coordinator will be on the first level of response to employee inquiries and requests for information. This role will contribute to creating efficiencies and process improvements through special projects, assistance with payroll processing, employee records and will provide administrative support to the HR team. Resources Innovations is a growing company that provides opportunities for growth and advancement. Candidates for this role will possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely first level response to employee and HR inquiries
- Schedule HR meetings, events and maintain agendas & minutes
- Assist with orientation of new staff and process onboarding documents
- Review timesheets, communicate corrections and support payroll processing
- Create & maintain payroll, benefits and compliance reports
- Coordinate training sessions
- Perform benefits and data audits and establish a regular audit schedule
- Assist with Performance Management processes and tracking
- Continuously examine processes and implement improvements
- Support other projects and tasks as assigned
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
