RMC is looking for an experienced Training Specialist. The workload is focused on supporting the training needs of a large Federal agency. The Training Specialist will be responsible for:
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization to design, facilitate, implement, and evaluate leadership and culture capability initiatives, including programs, coaching, eLearning, and simulations.
- Partnering with the organizational leaders to support teams in the unlocking of potential. Through issue identification, appropriate solutions/options, and delivery of team session/s or coaching, that lead to improvement in overall team engagement and performance.
- Supporting key projects that support the development of capability and employee engagement across the organization. Including the facilitation of forums and networks to create an inclusive and engaging environment that leads to the achievement of the organization’s desired outcomes.
- Using evaluation and data tools to support the continuous improvement of Learning and Development processes (i.e., Kirkpatrick Model) and services to identify opportunities for improvements and ensure appropriate reporting to key stakeholders.
- Using a variety of developmental assessment tools (i.e., Emergenetics, Barrett Centre Individual Values Assessment, iPEC Energy leadership Index, Thomas-Killmann Conflict Mode Instrument) to support understanding self, controlling self, and understanding others.
- Using team simulations such as Harvard Business’s simulations operated by Forio to support behavioral change and growth.
- Designing training courses and programs which include the products of a Master Lesson File (MLF). These products are curriculum maps, student and instructor guides, media, any supplemental materials, and evaluation materials and rubrics, if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of recent professional experience in Human Resource business processes or training development and administration.
- A High School diploma and five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
RMC employees may be subject to COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements in order to access government facilities.
Salary : $73,400 - $92,900
