ReSource Pro is seeking a P&C Insurance Trainer to support our Growth Solutions practice, a consulting practice dedicated to fostering organic growth in organizations, providing a broad suite of services, including sales and service team training, sales enablement services, and BPM offerings that support activities currently diverting producers from focusing on sales.
This role is responsible for delivering sales and technical P&C insurance training, as well as supporting Growth Solutions revenue targets by providing sales execution support in collaboration with Business Development.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States. This role will require 50% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate developed technical sales training packages through in-person and remote workshops, conferences, and organization-specific engagements for producers, agencies, and insurance organizations.
- Ensure delivery drives participate engagement and creates buy-in to follow established and proven processes. Identify opportunities to drive engagement across remote-learning environments.
- Execute formal coaching program for clients to help them gain and leverage new skills in commercial insurance including but not limited to CEO and employee coaching, principal development, and organization-specific engagements.
- Support Practice Leaders with the development of new programs and training products to meet the needs of an evolving client base.
- Research industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform new program/product development.
- Engage in the requirements discovery process with prospective clients to understand their challenges, objectives, business drivers and needs.
- Support revenue targets by crafting proposals for prospective clients and taking a lead role in solution and deal design and identifying opportunities to expand revenue with current ReSource Pro clients.
- Collaborate with Business Development to qualify leads and close opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years’ experience within P&C insurance required, preferable in a producer, underwriter, or sales leadership role.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading and facilitating technical insurance training required
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach and genuine desire to help other individuals and organizations succeed. Ability to be competitive on behalf of clients.
- Training, coaching and program delivery skills; ability to facilitate dialogue and deliver engaging trainings
- Excellent ability to communicate with individuals at every level of an organization.
