ReSource Pro is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Business Development team and drive growth through new client acquisition. This role is focused on sales to insurance MGAs and wholesalers. Successful candidates will understand the external drivers, business objectives and unique operational challenges of insurance companies in order to develop comprehensive solutions to address their needs. Proposed solutions may include integrated components of ReSource Pro's productivity platform, including Business Process Management, Consulting, Data Analytics, and Talent Development. 

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. A significant amount of your time will be spent travelling (50%).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads and prospects to identify potential new clients
  • Increase visibility and develop relationships that can lead to new business
  • Pursue strategic alliances to help generate new leads and prospects
  • Assess client need and develop proposals that demonstrate how ReSource Pro services can offer solutions
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
  • Manage the prospective client relationship through signing of the contact and transition to client integration
  • Develop strategic solution proposals and recommendations to present to clients
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Recommend changes in products, services and sales process

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years' sales experience, preferably within or selling business services to insurance MGAs or wholesalers
  • 5 years selling consulting, business services or technology to insurance companies
  • Consultative sales skills
  • Customer focus and goal orientation
  • Prospecting skills
  • Product and operational knowledge
  • Superior presentation skills
