Senior Customer Marketing Specialist

ReSource Pro is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing and communications team.  This role will support the development and execution of client engagement programs across a variety of channels while elevating ReSource Pro’s voice. Additionally, this role ensures strategic objectives are translated to the design and tactical execution of programs and campaigns for existing clients.

This is a remote position that can work from anywhere in the USA, but work hours will be set in EST.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across tactics including PR, digital advertisements, in-person and online events, email campaigns, print and digital collateral and presentation materials.
• Translate strategy identified by the Brand Director and SVP, Marketing to campaigns and ensure execution aligns with established goals. 
• Automate marketing campaigns process to engage with and nurture leads as they progress through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with the Data Analyst on health and segmentation of client database. Support data integrity and identify data fields necessary to facilitate effective campaigns.
• Support function leads with campaigns and identify opportunities to weave campaigns together across functions (events, PR, digital advertisement, etc.).
• Provide project support and track campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with other in-house marketing team members on all client-facing materials and activities to drive further engagement and a deeper understanding of ReSource Pro segmented offerings.

• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields required.
• 5 years’ experience with B2B Marketing.
• 3 years’ experience managing and executing projects.
• Understanding of the insurance industry a plus.
• Previous experience in business writing and editing a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management and planning with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Experience working with and managing outside agencies, strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing communications programs.
