Our Project Consultant is responsible for driving value add and continuous improvement initiatives across the US. With innovation and value add engagements being at the heart of our service this person will:

• Program manage all value add and continuous improvement engagements
• Partner with global counterparts to drive consistency across UKI, APAC and US
• Identify areas to improve efficiency/reduce waste and also in responding to client driven projects and initiatives
• Developing, assessing, fixing and improving quality system processes to keep those processes both effective and efficient
• Solving problems that can result in quality failures and identifying ways to work more efficiently
• Become a SME on multiple technology platforms include ATS and CRMs

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Operate within a working rhythm with the team’s varying functions to work collaboratively and share information.
• Identifying, raising and resolving key process and/or service delivery related risks and issues in conjunction with the Account Director of the account.

Business Excellence & Governance:

• Acting as a change champion, deploying new changes to process and or service improvements. Working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to support rolling out new changes ensuring all delivery teams are aware of process/ policy changes.
• Working with the Account Director to ensure that there are process and policy subject matter experts (SME) across all components of service delivery.
• Business Impact Assessments prior to implementing new operational changes and projects. Identifying risks and issues proactively with a mitigation strategy.
• Identifying where activities are not being undertaken highlighting areas of operational risk and liaising with the onsite/head office/client teams to implement improvements.
• Identify True Root Cause
• Analyzing quality failures, conducting root cause and identifies immediate and long term solutions
• Proactively own and drive the continuous improvement and efficiencies through collaboration with the Account Director, Program Managers, Relationship Managers & global CoE team.
