What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Assistant position at ResourceMFG?
1. Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft platform.
2. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
3. Extensive equipment support experience with PC’s.
4. Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
5. Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
6. Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
7. Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
8. Working knowledge of social media, design and web based marketing.
9. Maintain Copier, scanner, and fax.
10. Other task as needed.
11. Install, monitor, and repair security camera equipment.
12. Installing and repairing time clock issues.
