Machine Operators Needed in Firestone
No Experience Required
1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Pay- $17-19.50 depending on Shift
Location not on bus route
Operates a metal injection molding machine as per established cycles and procedures.
Machine Operators Maintain the mold in a clean and operational condition to ensure quality parts are being produced.
Learns material designation meaning, material handling procedures, and all aspects of the part acceptance and rejection criteria.
Extracts and handles molded parts with precision and care, staging them accordingly.
Records pertinent information regarding parts being produced on required forms.
Visually inspects parts for any defects forwarding them to be reground, scrapped, or shipped to the next production area as appropriate.
Working knowledge of how to use various measuring tools to ensure parts meet customer needs.
Visual acuity skills to detect flaws in the parts being produced.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Accurately inputs data and information into computer system.
Willingness and ability to operate metal injection molding machines in an efficient, safe, and accurate manner.
Performs functions of the job both sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
Willingness and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
