What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at ResourceMFG?
ResourceMFG is now looking for a Material Handler in Rochester Hills!
Shifts: 2:30p-11p, 10:30p-7a
Pay: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
• Tag/label/locate material using SAP.
• Accurately weigh and scan material in/out of inventory using FIFO inventory method.
• Responsible for operating Hydration Ovens.
• Use RayPro (in-house software) to input and update material batch/lot numbers.
• Assist in locating and correcting potential vacuum & material line leaks that prevent proper loading.
• Assist the person changing the mold as needed.
• Clean the hoppers, granulators, and dryers per work instructions.
Qualifications:
• Must be 3 years of injection mold experience
• Understanding of hygroscopic/non-hygroscopic resins to prep material for molding.
• Understand load time, purge time and fill time as part of operation of resin conveyance system and open array fantail manifold.
• Safely operate standard and electric pallet trucks, powered industrial truck/hilo, trash compactor and cardboard baler.
