Education:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.

Essential Functions:
- Observe and adhere to all safe work practices as required
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand minimum of 10 hrs.
- Perform repetitive motion work every 15 seconds or less (i.e. twist and/or turn @ waist, flex at wrist, finger, elbow, shoulder or neck)
- Grip an object weighing 0-10 lbs.
- Regular attendance
- Quality consciousness at all times
- Operate production/manufacturing machines at required rate of production
- Produce parts at required quality levels
- Read, understand, and follow applicable work instructions
- Substantial overtime frequently required
