What are the responsibilities and job description for the Raw Meat Grind position at ResourceMFG?

Associates will be responsible for processing frozen raw meat products needed to make meat snack products by rotating through all aspects of the grinding area, including: -Handling blocks of frozen meat -Operating grinding machines -Mixing & weighing spices REQUIREMENTS: -Ability to work in a cool environment of 40 to 50 degrees 8-10 hours a day -Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, or team lift when weight is more than 50lbs -Be flexible to work overtime when needed -Must have good math skills for tracking of the different blends/recipes -Reading comprehension to be able to follow blends/recipes -Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
