What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at ResourceMFG?
ResourceMFG is looking for Dispatchers, Freight Coordinators and Track and Tracers in the Toledo, OH area!!!!!
Dispatch – $17 ~ $20 per hour
1st Shift – Associate Needed: 7:30 ~ 5:00 (Monday through Friday) Start time and end time is flexible (7:30 ~ 4:30 or 8:00 ~ 5:00). 1 hour unpaid lunch
2nd Shift – Associate Needed: 12:00 ~ 9:00 pm (Monday through Friday) 1 hour unpaid lunch
3rd Shift – Associate Needed. Work from home position after training on-site during 1st Shift. Hours are open to negotiation, but roughly 10:00 pm ~ 6:00 am
Can either be Sunday Through Thursday or Monday through Friday. Can be negotiated with the associate at interview.
Dispatchers will be required to work 1 Saturday per month. Paid as OT – that week will be 6 days.
Freight Broker – $17 ~ $20 per hour
1st Shift – Associates Needed: 7:30 ~ 4:30 (Monday through Friday) 1 hour unpaid lunch
Associates will be coordinating trucks to ship product from point A to point B. Professional vocabulary, customer service skills, patience and drive will be needed to be successful
Track & Trace – $17 ~ $20 per hour
2nd Shift – Associate Needed: 11:00 ~ 8:00 pm (Monday through Friday) 1 hour unpaid lunch
Associate will be watching 5 monitors tracking shipments, customer requests for updates, calling drivers for ETA’s responding to customers with ETA and updating customers proactively if
A shipment is delayed due to accident / train / maintenance issue, etc.
