Will be responsible for creating clear and comprehensive documentation for distribution procedures, including manuals, guides, work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Develop clear and concise documentation for distribution processes, including but not limited to manuals, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences (English and Spanish).
- Organize and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Review and revise existing documentation to keep it up-to-date with process changes and improvements.
- Conduct regular checkups with Supervisors and/or users of documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide support and training to distribution teams on the use and location of documentation
- Must meet pre screen qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proven experience (1 year) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
