Production Associate -Rotary Thermal Forming (RTF) lines and / or Printers. A successful candidate will ensure that operations are consistent with the requirements of the Quality System and internal and external customer specifications. Assist with material handling functions as needed. Major Responsibilities: Coordinates the efforts of the work team on an assigned line Ensures that quality requirements are met Performs all assigned tasks according to work instructions Ensures effective communication with the team and production department Controls production as defined in work instructions Assists supervisor with material handling Conducts duties in accordance with plant safety policies and procedures Qualifications/Training Requirements: Successful completion of all required training modules for Operator Assistant / Production Associate. Additional training requirements are identified and arrangements for training are made when needed Ability to work in various weather conditions including the heat Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, and requires bending, stooping, and standing during 12 hour shift Additional Information: Day Shift 8:00am-8pm Night Shift 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 am
