Responsibilities/Duties:
Leadership and Staff Oversight:
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff including Clinicians, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Managers within the service line.
Quality Assurance:
  • Assess current clinical programming and practice as it relates to services in specialized area.  
  • Ensure that services are provided in accordance with local, state, federal, and industry standards that maintains high standards of quality and integrity with RHD’s commitment to excellence.  
Clinical Development:
  • Identify clinical trends in specialized area and collaborate with Service Line leadership to design and implement EBP/BP initiatives where appropriate.  
  • Assist in the development, implementation and review of education and training plans related to specialized service including the development of training curriculum and materials.  
  • Focus on creating a therapeutic environment that supports the individuals served and centers on harm and risk reduction. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
  • Seven to ten years of clinical experience with individuals in need of specialized services.
  • 3-5 years clinical supervision experience required.

Required Education:
  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.
  • LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPCC, LCMHC or LMHP licensure required.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-V.

Program Summary:
The Alternative Dispatch Crisis Team is a multidisciplinary mobile crisis outreach team that will be integrated directly with the 911 emergency response system to provide a rapid, mobile and telephonic responses to meet those in a behavioral health or social needs crisis face-to-face in the community.
