Job Description Summary
Reporting to Resources Real Estate’s Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant is a support role for the company’s Colts Neck sales office while also assisting the agents of Resources Real Estate.
Ideally, Position will offer an opportunity for a strategic thinker who is eager to take initiative, foster an environment of greater productivity and is willing to be held accountable for results.
General Responsibilities:
Position will be responsible for general administrative duties including extensive phone coverage, mail distribution and maintaining appearance of office
Position will greet visitors
Position will assist agents with office needs and systems including MLS database systems, Dotloop transaction management and other real estate related marketing & technology platforms
Position will be responsible for printing marketing materials
Position will be responsible for updating databases including transaction management files
Position will play a role in onboarding of new agents to the company
Position will maintain a positive environment for agents and staff relating to company activities and events, tools and technology
Position will include other duties and projects, as required
Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of Administrative Office or Executive Assistant experience, preferred
Proactive, polished, and professional with an eager demeanor
Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of Google Workspace/G-Suite
Communication is key in this role so excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet with following requirements:
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills relating to both day-to-day activities and long-term projects

Efficient computer skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
High proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. gmail, calendar, drive, docs, sites, slides, forms, meet) (2 years experience)
Past experience with local MLS database systems, Dotloop and other real estate related marketing & technology platforms, a plus
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s license, in good standing, a plus
Knowledge of FlexMLS, a plus
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Anticipate objections and prepare to overcome them
Willing to learn and take on responsibilities to enhance the operations of a top sales office

Compensation:
Part time (25 hrs), 12pm - 5pm, M-F
