Docker Engineer

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience working as a Containerization Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience working in the Retail industry.
• Hands-on experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Maven.
• Knowledge of YAML scripting.
• Ability to run and configure Kafka and Redis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and implementing CD/CD frameworks.
• Responsible for deployment of applications during patching and release.
• Responsible for the deployment of custom code into the environment.
• Responsible for managing custom and off-the-shelf data management systems in a cloud environment.
• Responsible for defining and automating major infrastructure components.
• Responsible for providing training to new hires and assisting with all production processes.
