Senior Product Manager - Onsite

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in product management with a focus on software development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies and browser-based software.
• Experience in predictive modeling and analytics.
• Experience with data consolidation and management projects.
• Experience in developing user stories, requirements, and epics for technology teams.
• Experience managing complex product features.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidation of multiple front-end systems into a single platform.
• Assess and enhance existing reporting capabilities within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector.
• Develop new predictive models and analytics that are not currently utilized.
• Translate business needs into detailed software requirements for the technology team.
• Manage and oversee the development of browser-based software solutions focused on user experience.
• Collaborate with finance and technology departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Regularly interact with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with delivered products.
