SharePoint System Analyst

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and O365 Groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Stream, and Power Platform.
• Experience in using third-party tools like Nintex and ShareGate.
• Experience in documenting requirements and formal testing.
• Experience with IT service providers in an international context.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Must have great technical and communication skill

Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools by collaborating with users across functions and regions.
• Manage communication with business teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Provide support and improvement for collaboration tools, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Lead requirement gathering and design for SharePoint and other O365 enhancements.
• Promote best practices and user experience improvements for collaboration tools.
• Create and deliver training and documentation for users on collaboration tools.
• Participate in user communities to promote best practices and adherence to governance.
