What you'll be doing:
- Serve as the first contact with staff who need technical assistance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
- Track issues and their resolutions via a help-desk portal
- Assisting remote staff around the country
- Gathering details to escalate complex issues to higher levels of support
- Suggesting improvements on policies and procedures to best serve the needs of the business
What you must have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
- A passion for providing quick resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service
- A patient demeanor with an attention for detail
- Interest in exploring and understanding past, current, and future technologies
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas
