What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at ResProp Management?
Founded and led by billion-dollar investment and operations company Founder and Executive Chairman, Peter Rex, ResProp (part of the Rex family of companies) is looking for a Project Coordinator to help lead construction efforts company-wide. As a Project Coordinator, you are a results-oriented associate interested in developing their career in multifamily construction. You will play a key role in the future growth of the company by taking on property due diligence activities, Supervising vendors during different phases of project management from bid to completion, etc.
What you'll be doing:
- Communicating with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency in project execution
- Assisting with project development, project schedules and reporting through completion
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy in areas of bid review, construction draw review, project status review, and reporting
- Preparing permit applications, and any other construction-related forms as needed
- Preparing purchase orders, change orders, and monthly service contracts (as needed)
- Acting as a liaison between Construction Department, other Teammates and Associates, vendors, and other stakeholders on project activities
- Assisting with new vendor setup and management
