In year one you will:

 

  • Increase property revenue by building a high performing team with strengths in sales and service
  • Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices 
  • Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents best in class 
  • Assist in management of capital projects
  • Communicate directly with owners on property performance

 

The ideal candidate has:

 

  • At least 3-5 years of property management experience 
  • Exposure to 3rd Party Management
  • Solid business acumen
  • A college degree
