We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Support Office team in Grand Rapids. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, in an office setting.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

Full time accounting position to provide a wide variety of accounting services in a successful growing company with great benefits and opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily Sales postings and reconciliation
• Accounts Payable invoice verification and uploading into our accounting system
• Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
• Payroll processing and garnishments
• Data Entry
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Associate degree in accounting or other related field
• Accurate and dependable data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and payroll information
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
