Returns Coordinator

• Review return/repair requests and confirm product return eligibility.
• Research and document root cause of each return and determine course of action by owning the customer experience.
• Process credits, replacement, recall and warranty orders.
• Alert the Quality Systems Department of any quality, packaging issues, or systemic concerns and assist with resolution in a timely manner. Coordinate product recall and return activities and/or customer notifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and proper handling of returns and repairs.
• Assist Finance with monetary reconciliation as required.
• Make suggestions and assist with process improvements to the returns process.
• Will back up customer service representatives on the phone and/or email queue on an as needed basis.
• Attend meetings regarding backorder reporting process and complete the daily Backorder spreadsheet
• As subject matter expert, you are the primary contact for internal guidance and training assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience desired
• Prior experience with an ERP system required.

• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications
• Advanced ERP knowledge
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, including excellent telephone and email etiquette
• Ability to analyze and research root issues to make independent decisions on the best course of action.
• Penchant for precise work results.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and maintain a positive internal and external customer experience.
