Job Posting for Restoration Estimator at Restore & Build Construction Inc

We are seeking a Restoration Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project walk throughs and estimating.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections for repairs/ mitigation estimating as needed
Consulting with customers, adjusters and affiliates as needed
Creating scopes of work, estimates, photo sheets and necessary paperwork for mitigation/repair jobs
Writing initial estimates, revisions, and supplements as needed and updating status in appropriate portals and files
Following up with status of approvals up until billing
Communicating with adjusters/customers as needed during the course of review/approval
Reviewing estimates at the completion of project to ensure accuracy
Communicating with all necessary parties both internal and external in order to streamline assignments/jobs
