Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma and a graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous clinical experience is required.
Restore First Health is looking to add a full-time Medical Assistant to its rapidly expanding advanced therapy wound team. This position will require the successful candidate to travel with our mobile wound team, based out of our Riverdale office, to patient residences and skilled nursing facilities and use our unique wound therapy to treat chronic non-healing wounds. This position will require the successful candidate to travel throughout the state of Georgia and collaborate with various partners of the Patient Care Team to deliver patient care. Drivers license and a clean driving record are required for this position.

This vital role provides patient care, displays professionalism, maintains confidentiality at all times, and enjoys a fast-paced day filled with direct and indirect patient care.
Responsibilities:
Our medical assistants working in our Advanced Wound Care departments travel with our mobile wound team, to patient residences and skilled nursing facilities and assist our providers use our unique wound therapy to treat chronic non-healing wounds. This position is 60% on the road and 40% in office. Responsibilities in office include packing supplies in our company vehicles each day for the patients being seen, upload images from diagnostic equipment, document tissue usage, help perform care coordination duties, assist with medical records requests and scanning to charts, and other duties as assigned.
Our wound teams depart early in the mornings. Shift start time is 6:45am.
Please note that all training takes place at Johns Creek location for approximately a month.
