Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for small business package delivery company, BookSmith Business Services Inc. contracts with FedEx Ground delivering packages throughout Lewiston and Clarkston. We need a motivated individual to oversee our company's daily operations and drive the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing processes, and achieving business objectives.

Duties:

-Hiring Drivers

-Monitoring delivery status throughout day

-Planning next day routes in the evenings

-Keep vehicles in good running condition working with local mechanics

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members

Requirements:

- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams

- Applicant MUST be willing and able to deliver packages. Must possess clean background and driving record and ability to get DOT Medical Card.

Salary: From $50,000 per year based on experience

  • CDL Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
